Should you find yourself in a position where a return is necessary, we invite you to initiate this process within two days of receiving your exquisite piece. It is imperative that the item be returned in its pristine condition, unworn and untouched, accompanied by its original packaging and tags.

Once your return is received and inspected, we shall notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within a span of ten business days, though we kindly remind you that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
